Born in Guadalajara, Mexico, Gilberto moved to Arkansas at age three and is now a U.S. citizen. He and his wife, Alli, who met in high school and married after graduating from the University of Central Arkansas, value faith and family deeply.

Gilberto is an active supporter of his alma mater and a fan of UCA sports, where he played offensive lineman, earning First Team All-Conference honors and contributing to a Southland Conference Championship. In his free time, he enjoys duck hunting, sports, and spending time with family.

He is involved in various community organizations, including Kappa Sigma Fraternity, Knights of Columbus, Conway Chamber of Commerce, Morrilton Chamber of Commerce, and volunteers as a mentor at Deliver Hope.

Originally from Jalisco, Mexico, Osmar moved to Morrilton, Arkansas, in 1998. After graduating from the University of Central Arkansas with a degree in Finance, he began his career in banking as a credit analyst and consumer lender. Recognizing a gap in financial planning, Osmar joined Northwestern Mutual in 2015 and co-founded Garcia Wealth Management with his brother Gilberto Garcia.

Osmar is committed to continuous learning, currently studying at The American College. He also actively contributes to his community as Vice President of Opportunity Matters Arkansas and serves on several boards, including the Arkansas Community Foundation - Faulkner.

Outside of work, Osmar enjoys family time with his wife, Morgan, and their four children. He is dedicated to guiding clients through financial decisions with tailored strategies that address short-, mid-, and long-term goals.

Chase Hodges, originally from Bossier City, Louisiana, joins us from First Security Bank in Benton, Arkansas, where he worked as a Credit Analyst. He earned his associate degree in Business from Panola College in Carthage, Texas, and a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Analysis from Southern Arkansas University.

Chase played baseball at both Panola College and Southern Arkansas University. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, traveling, and golfing.

Molly began her career at Garcia Wealth Management as a Financial Representative after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurial Finance from Southern Arkansas University. She is dedicated to her clients’ success and is passionate about educating young women on financial literacy, ensuring financial freedom, and implementing effective risk management for families.

A native of Monticello, Arkansas, Molly enjoys spending time with her husband, Ivan, and their golden retriever, Indy. She also loves exploring Central Arkansas and learning to golf.

Brett was born and raised in Rosebud, Arkansas. After graduating from Rosebud High School, he continued his education at the University of Central Arkansas, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2017. Brett joined Garcia Wealth Management in 2018 and has held various key roles within the company. He currently serves as the Director of Business Development.

Brett lives in Conway with his wife, Hannah, and their daughter. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Miranda Hogg serves as the Marketing Manager at Garcia Wealth Management, where she engages with clients through social channels and community events. She also supports the team with internal training and client needs. Miranda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from the University of Central Arkansas and is a graduate of the Conway Area Leadership Institute. She is also a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in foster care in Central Arkansas and serves on the board of Horse Play, an organization offering hippotherapy and therapeutic riding for children with disabilities or special needs.

Miranda enjoys spending time with her husband, Brody, as well as golfing, playing tennis, and enjoying family time on their farm.

Originally from Arkansas County, Reagan moved to Mayflower, Arkansas at twelve and quickly fell in love with the community. After graduating from Mayflower High School in 2013, she earned her degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2017, where she was involved in the Chancellor’s Leadership Corp.

Reagan worked in insurance for three years before joining Northwestern Mutual in 2021, where she transitioned to investments and excels in providing quality client service.

Outside of work, Reagan enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends. She lives in Conway with her son, Seeley, her cat, Salazar, and her dog, Opal.

Harlee, a Vilonia native, graduated from Vilonia High School in 2018 and earned a Business Administration degree from Welch College in Gallatin, Tennessee. After graduating, she moved to Orlando to join the Disney College Program, working at Epcot through three festivals.

Now stepping into the finance world, Harlee is eager to assist with investments. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting, watching movies, and spending weekends with her family, friends, and her dog, Charlotte.

Sabrina is a Searcy, Arkansas, native and relocated to Conway in 2015. She is active within in the community and in the Conway Chamber. Sabrina brings banking, insurance, and real estate closing knowledge. She enjoys the outdoors with her family. She is happily married to Ed, and they have two children together, Weston and Emerysn.

Emma, a Conway native, graduated from Conway High School in 2018 and began her banking career in 2019. While working in customer service in banking and real estate, she attended the University of Central Arkansas, graduating in 2022. Emma now serves as the Operations Assistant at Garcia Wealth Management, seeking growth and opportunity in her career.

She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and especially her husband, Brandon.
